Conservas Chanquete

Based in Vigo with production in Navarra, Chanquete claims to be the first house to can chanquetes at all. The species is fished in a narrow January to February window in permitted Mediterranean zones, so supply is structurally limited. The range runs to piquillo peppers stuffed with wild chanquete and seafood pates including Mediterranean Norway lobster.
