Conservas Costera

Operating in Gijon since 1926 and carrying the Alimentos del Paraiso seal, Costera buys at Asturian lonjas and packs anchovy in spring selection with a nine-month cure, hand filleted, in 135g tins and 70g trays. Bonito del Norte and ventresca go out under its sister marque La Gloria Gourmet, alongside sea urchin roe, crab meat and pates.
