An organic olive oil estate at Quinta dos Olmais in Vila Flor that moved sideways into conservas rather than a cannery that went looking for oil. Skipjack tuna and Atlantic chub mackerel fillets packed in the estate's own organic extra virgin olive oil, in hand-wrapped aluminium cans. Inland Terra Quente origin, which is unusual for Portugal.
