Olmais
Olmais is the conservas line of Quinta dos Olmais, an organic olive estate in Vila Flor, in the inland Terra Quente district of Trás-os-Montes, registered as a company in 2016. The estate cold-presses its own unfiltered organic oil from centenary Cobrançosa, Verdeal and Madural trees and hand-packs skipjack tuna and Atlantic chub mackerel fillets in it, an inland Portuguese origin that is unusual for tinned fish.
