Sclafani is the house label of the Gus Sclafani Corporation, founded in 1911 by Sicilian immigrant Gus Sclafani and run from Norwalk, Connecticut by his descendants, currently CEO Luciano Sclafani Jr. An importer rather than a cannery, it puts its name on Italian olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, pasta and a hand-packed yellowfin tuna in olive oil distributed mainly in the US Northeast.
