ABBA Senapssill 230g – Creamy Mustard Herring (Senapssill)

Herring pieces bound in a thick, sweet mustard sauce built from rapeseed oil and whole mustard seeds, rounded out with a background of coriander and cinnamon that keeps the heat mellow rather than sharp. The sauce is heavier and creamier than a classic pickle, closer to a dressing than a brine, and it is built to be piled onto dark rye crispbread, where the bread can carry the sauce's weight.
