Small Batch Providore was founded by Dianne Chua and is based in Zetland, Sydney, built on what she describes as a lifelong pull toward Australia's food and wine regions.
The shop sources gourmet goods made only in Australia, chocolate, chutneys, jams, oils and sauces among them, from small and regional producers rather than large manufacturers. Its stated aim is to put the spotlight on the artisans behind the food, not just the products on the shelf.
