Tasmanian Gourmet Online

Tasmanian Gourmet Online is run by Duncan Garvey, a sixth-generation Tasmanian who founded the island's French truffle industry, producing Australia's first black truffle through Perigord Truffles of Tasmania back in 1999.

From his base in the Huon Valley he now curates more than 1,700 products from around 170 Tasmanian producers and makers, covering cheese, wine, truffles, honey and preserves. The site positions itself as a direct line from small island producers to buyers across the rest of Australia.
