Iberico Club is a Miami importer of Spanish gourmet food, founded in 2013 by Teddy Rebollo and built first around jamon iberico de bellota, which its own maestro jamonero hand-selects.
Tinned seafood is a smaller line of its Spanish pantry, led by Yurrita anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea alongside bonito del norte.
It ships nationwide and backs its food with a refund offered even on opened tins.
