Based in Vilanova de Arousa, in the heart of the Galician rías, producing conservas by hand selection and traditional packing methods. One of the producers practicing vintage dating on sardines, releasing tins with the harvest year printed on the label, a practice borrowed from the wine world that the best Galician sardine producers have made their own.
