Le Acciughine

Le Acciughine launched in February 2020 as the first product of GOoD Srls of Parma, built on founder Cristina Allodi's twenty years in the anchovy trade and backed by Emilia-Romagna funds supporting women's entrepreneurship. The brand selects Cantabrian anchovies from spring and coastal catches, hand-filleted in Spain and packed in olive oil in 50 gram tins. In its first year it took first place in the seasonings category at the Brands Award.
