Frantoio d'Orazio is a family olive mill in Conversano, south of Bari, pressing only olives from the surrounding countryside, including the family's own trees. Around the oil has grown a Puglian pantry line, and its jarred bell peppers stuffed with tuna carry the mill's fish credential. Oils, taralli and orecchiette fill out the rest of the range.
