A young Santona house of roughly 18 staff that has taken Best Anchovy of Cantabria twice, in 2023 and again in 2026, at the Cofradia de la Anchoa tasting during the Santona Anchovy Fair. Hand-cleaned anchovy fillets in olive oil, matured eight months.
