Anchoas Hazas is an artisanal cannery in Laredo, on the Cantabrian coast, working premium hand-filleted anchovies. In 2020 its anchovies took three stars and the Golden Fork for the best imported product in the world at the Great Taste Awards, a first for a cannery.
