Agapico
A few steps from the Sagrada Família on Carrer de Sardenya, Agápico is the trading name of the Barcelona company Casa Lepori, S.L., and dates itself to 1999 on its own account, though that company was not incorporated until March 2021.
The shop splits its shelves between Spanish and Italian artisan houses on a stated Slow Food premise, and its tinned bench reads as the Iberian canon: Cantabrian anchovies, sardinillas, bonito del norte and its ventresca, berberechos, navajas, zamburiñas and mussels in escabeche. It keeps split market hours Tuesday to Saturday and ships in 24 to 48 hours, running dry and refrigerated goods as separate consignments, each with its own free-shipping threshold.
