A finished Asturian dish in a tin: faba asturiana IGP at forty percent with clams at fourteen, cooked down with onion, garlic, tomato and parsley in the beans' own liquor. The fabas are the point, large and floury and holding their skins, with the clams seasoning the pot rather than filling it. Heat the tin through and eat it as it is.
