Tuna Ventresca with Butter- MARISCADORA

Tuna belly, confited rather than simply packed, sits in Galician butter instead of the usual olive oil, a richer treatment than Mariscadora's other tins. The butter alone is enough dressing: eat it straight from the tin with bread, letting it soften as you go.
