The dill version of Dama's organic mackerel: the same fillets in organic extra virgin olive oil, finished with fresh dill instead of lemon thyme, closer to Nordic smoked-fish pairings than Portuguese ones. It sits naturally on rye toast, the dill doing what it always does alongside an oily fish.
