Briosa's tuna pâté leans on the same tomato-and-vinegar backbone common to Portuguese tuna spreads, but a bit of margarine worked in alongside the olive oil makes this one noticeably smoother, almost mousse-like rather than coarse. At 75 grams it's a single-sitting tin, best spread thick on toast.
