Molho cru is an Azorean sauce from São Jorge, raw-cut onion, garlic, red pepper and parsley worked into the oil with paprika and a little chili paste, making this the most heavily dressed tin in the Santa Catarina range. Bread is the only sensible match, torn up to get every bit of the sauce.
