Sardines in EV Olive Oil – JOSE GOURMET

Extra virgin olive oil, sardines, salt: the plain tin in the range and the one to judge the fish by, with no lemon and no tomato in the way. At seventy percent fish to twenty-nine percent oil the sardines sit tightly packed and come out whole, oily and clean-tasting. Best eaten straight from the tin with the oil spooned back over them.
