DeliDrop FoodLab
DeliDrop started as a stall called FoodLab in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen's covered market, and the name has stuck to the business it became.
It buys from Denmark's newer food producers rather than its established ones, small batch kombucha, microbrews, vegan sweets, estate mustards and snacks, on the argument that the interesting work is being done by people willing to break a habit. The online shop opened at the start of 2025 and a second counter followed that June in Markedshallen Nicolinehus on Aarhus Ø.
