Twelve workers in a small Galician cannery, one of the smallest in the region, producing entirely by hand using century-old machinery and family recipes passed down through generations. Their razor clams, harvested by divers in five-hour underwater shifts off the coast of Finisterre, were ranked the best in the world. David Beckham posted them on Instagram in 2023.
