About
The Canned Company began in 2015, after a family trip to Portugal turned its founders into conservas converts, and it has grown into Australia's dedicated tinned-fish importer.
It brings in European artisanal houses that rarely reach the country otherwise, from Jose Gourmet and Los Peperetes to the Danish smokehouse Fangst, and stocks over three hundred varieties, including some thirty fish pates.
Everything ships within Australia from a catalogue built almost entirely on small European canneries.
