Jonathan Larrad, who grew up between Madrid and the Canary Islands, began importing Iberico ham to Toronto as a side venture before opening this shop on Roncesvalles in 2023.The range runs from acorn-fed jamon and chorizo to Spanish conservas, and the shop is the exclusive Canadian importer of La Curiosa's Cantabrian anchovies.
