Conservas Dardo is a family cannery on the Illa de Arousa, in the Rias Baixas, working a canning house that Antonio Otero Suarez and Lola Oubina Diz took over in 1969. It is known for Galician estuary mussels, fried in olive oil and packed in escabeche.
