Ingredients1 tin Sardinha Sardines in Spicy Olive Oil and Chili Pepper
150g spaghetti or linguine
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Zest of half a lemon
Handful of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
In a pan, gently heat the sardines, oil, and sliced garlic. Break the sardines slightly.
Add the cooked pasta and reserved water to the pan. Toss everything together.
Finish with lemon zest, chopped parsley, and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
