Ingredients1 tin Sardinha Skinless & Boneless Sardine Fillets with Lemon
1 cup cooked quinoa, couscous, or farro
1/2 avocado, sliced
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
A few sprigs of parsley or dill
Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Optional: a squeeze of extra lemon juice
Instructions:
In a bowl, layer the cooked grain as your base.
Top with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and the sardine fillets (with the lemony oil).
Sprinkle with herbs, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
