In its own ink: squid and cuttlefish in a rich, briny, black sauce made from the ink harvested during processing.
About 103 tins. Tipped over white rice, the ink dyeing everything, with a squeeze of lemon; also on bread. A Basque classic, a Galician staple, and hard to get wrong.
